We are Recruiting for a Change Manager for a Defence Client in Glasgow on an initial 24 month contract, paying £28.80 LTD an hour.
Your main responsibilities as a Change Manager will involve:
Establishing and managing a fully integrated training and education plan for all impacted employees Ensuring all change management activities are delivered to allocated budgets and to the agreed schedule Owning and managing a number of stakeholder groups across Naval Ships to take ownership of the change and drive it through their functions/businesses in a positive way with a key focus on changing 'hearts and minds' in relation to Export Control compliance Leading change management activities as required in support of Group level IT enablement improvement Projects to be delivered across Naval Ships Preparing and presenting at management reviews, undertaking business wide briefings and supporting LCM activities
